Multiple Interest Crediting Strategies

Allocate to strategies featuring a variety of crediting methods.1

  • Protector's Trigger strategy guarantees a fixed interest rate (the Trigger Rate) on each contract anniversary, which applies if the Index Change is flat or positive.
  • Protector's Cap Rate Lock and Trigger Rate Lock strategies guarantee the Cap Rate or Trigger Rate, respectively, for the Withdrawal Charge period, reducing renewal rate uncertainty.

Optional Riders

  • Minimum Interest Credit Rider (for a charge): At the end of the Withdrawal Charge period, if the total interest credited is less than the Minimum Interest Credit, contract owners will receive a one-time interest credit to make up the difference, based on a percentage of initial premium minus any withdrawals. 
  • Minimum Interest Credit and Return of Premium Rider (for a charge): Offers both the Minimum Interest Credit and the Return of Premium benefits, ensuring that if the contract owner surrenders the contract during the Withdrawal Charge period, they receive the greater of the Cash Surrender Value or the initial premium minus prior withdrawals.

Additional Features for Added Peace of Mind

  • Up to 10% Free Withdrawals2:
    Beginning in the first Contract Year, your client can withdraw up to 10% of their annuity鈥檚 Accumulated Value each Contract Year without a Withdrawal Charge.
  • Bailout Feature3:
    If 51直播 lowers the declared 1-Year Point-to-Point Index Strategy Annual Cap Rate below the Bailout Cap Rate, this feature gives full access to the Accumulated Value for up to 30 days - free of any charges - so clients can feel confident about their money.
  • Terminal Illness and Confinement Waivers4:
    Withdraw up to 100% of the annuity鈥檚 Accumulated Value if the Annuitant is diagnosed with a terminal illness that is expected to result in death within one year and eligibility requirements are met.
